Avonworth places top 20 in Allegheny County Tournament

The Co-op of Avonworth and Northgate in wrestling was able to finish in the top 20 in the Allegheny County wrestling tournament. Avonworth Hockey Seniors Honored with Banners at School

Avonworth Varsity Hockey players were honored with banners in the high school vestibule.  Liam Tomczak and Matt Springer are the only two seniors from the Avonworth Hockey Club that play for Avonworth.  They have been great players for a long time with Avonworth and we wish them good luck with the rest of the season

Girls Swim Team Defeats North Catholic 109.5-60.5

In their biggest test of the season so far, the Girls Swim Team posted their highest point total against section rival North Catholic Thursday evening. In front of a capacity crowd Thursday night, the Boys Swim Team defeated a confident squad from North Catholic 99.5 to 70.5. The team posted victories in all but two events and extended the team’s record to 6-0.
